We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment. 

Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition.  Original tags must be attached. Items returned with obvious use, i.e. makeup, deodorant, perfume and/or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.  All accessories are FINAL sale.  This includes shoes, hats, scarves, gloves, jewelry
(necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings), hair accessories, etc.

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase included in package.  All returns must be mailed to Matty & Lou at the address below.   Please do not send merchandise back to the manufacturer.

-Delays with USPS shipping
-Products that are lost or damaged in the mail.  The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship your package.
-If there is an issue with your tracking number or package delivery please contact USPS directly.  Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show.
**We are not responsible for packages lost in transit! If your package is lost while in transit, you must contact the post office directly to file a claim.**

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment.
